Private training terms
These terms apply to all TCFSA private training, development services, shop orders, tours and showcases from launch onward.
1. Pricing
The rates published on the private training page are the single live TCFSA price list. They supersede and retire all previous private training rate cards. Individual sessions are R500 per hour. Small group sessions (2–4 players) are R375 per player for 1.5 hours.
2. Minimum booking
The minimum booking is 4 sessions. Packages are purchased upfront and drawn down as sessions are delivered.
3. Package expiry
All session packages expire 60 days from the date of purchase. Sessions remaining on an expired package are forfeited and cannot be used for new bookings.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no cost. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the session credit. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled by TCFSA never forfeit a credit.
5. Payment
Payment is by EFT. An invoice with TCFSA banking details is issued for every booking, order or registration. Proof of payment can be uploaded in the portal. A booking, order or registration is only confirmed once payment has been reconciled by TCFSA.
6. Indemnity
Every player must have a signed indemnity on record before attending a session. Participation in football carries inherent risk of injury; guardians accept this risk on signing.
7. Media consent
Photography and video of players is only used publicly where media consent has been granted. Public player profiles are opt-in and are never published automatically.
